
Mentoring
As a trained and experienced mentor, I enjoy helping other people to achieve their own goals and ambitions.

Over the years, I have been grateful for the support I have received from other high-achieving people. I therefore recognise that now is an appropriate time for me to share my knowledge, skills and experiences to pass on such learning.

Mentoring is subtly different to coaching or training. It tends to be more advert than coaching and less structured than training. When acting as a mentor, I look for opportunities to share more of my personal insights and experiences with the intention of helping my clients to achieve the outcomes they want.

I have used my experience to mentor people in leadership, management, coaching, business development, dealing with change, achieving personal goals and managing conflict in the workplace.
